Yes, we require clients to sign a contract outlining our services and fees. the seller's contact is called the Exclusive Seller Brokerage Engagement Agreement. The buyer's contract is called the Exclusive Buyer Brokerage Engagement Agreement. This helps to ensure that both parties understand the terms of our agreement.
